Bo
This dog is very special in many ways. To me, he will always be special because he was the first dog to submit a photo. To his family he is special because a big part of their family and is living happily after what was a traumatic start to his life.
Bo is a pit mix and was rescued from PhillyPAWS about 8 months ago. Sadly, he was born with a condition in his front legs that caused severe pain leaving him unable to run, play and could just barely walk for the first year of his life. Luckily, PhillyPAWs raised enough money to pay for a corrective surgery and Bo is now running and playing for the first time in his life. Half way through the surgeries, Bo was adopted by Danica & Eddye. He now lives with his new home and lucky for him they are big Phillies fans!

I love Bo’s shirt and what an amazing story! This is a great blog especially to show Philly that we won’t let Vick bother us sports fans!
Nice to see you are looking for dogs that have a true spirit as well as fine looks. I think your masters have trained you well.
We will see what the house looks like when they get back on Monday from Cinncinati. Then we will see how well.
Dr Cathy Popovitch and I were thrilled to take care of BO at Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center in Langhorne Pa
Woof!! That’s great, thank you for helping out my friend! He means so much to me since he’s my first blDog entry!
I admit, I’m not a sports fan, but I had to watch a Phillies game just so I could see who Chase Utley was – and of course see him in action. I love that a Philadelphia star athlete and his wife, are doing something so awesome for their city.
Bo is an amazing dog! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting him and getting play by play updates from Danica and Eddye as they first fostered, then adopted their new love. They’ve done an amazing job with him. I knew it wouldn’t be long before they’d have him running ’round (& in Philly’s gear)!!!
